The National Learning Network are running an information session here in the Carrigaline Family Support Centre on Thursday the 1st of September at 10am for their Focus programme.
This is a free year-long personal development programme for anyone over the age of 18 who has had a difficult time with their mental health. The course focuses on mental health and wellbeing, community inclusion and acts as an entry point for further training and employment opportunities.
This event is open to anyone who may benefit from the programme and would like to come along to the information session to learn more about the course and what’s entailed.
