The Flourish
Programme

Hi, my name is Damian and I'm the coach on the Flourish Programme at the Shine Centre. Flourish aims to develop the participants physical fitness and mental wellbeing. The Flourish Programme is an introduction to some physical fitness work and how to take care of your wellbeing. We will move at the participants pace and we ask is that you give it try and do your best. The programme caters for teenagers aged 12 - 16 years of age.
The programme is delivered through group-based exercise, discussions and feedback from the participants. The aim of the programme is to increase wellbeing and motivation through exercise as well as developing healthy habits around technology, diet, sleep, personal hygiene and mental health.
