We are delighted to announce that the Shine Centre 25 Year Gala Ball will take place on Saturday the 17th October 2026 at the elegant surroundings of the Maryborough Hotel & Spa.

This 25th Anniversary Gala Ball marks a significant milestone for Shine. This formal black-tie event will bring together our families and friends, business leaders, community partners and supporters for an evening of celebration.

Join us for a very special evening as we celebrate 25 years of Shine supporting autistic children and their families in Cork while helping to support the vital work of Shine in our community.

Tickets for Shine Gala Ball are priced as follows:

€175.00 per person
€340.00 per couple
€1,700.00 for a table of 10 guests

Our guests will be treated to a wonderful evening as we celebrate 25 years of achievements of our children and families, staff, volunteers and our community of supporters and friends. See an outline of the evening below:

4 Course Meal in the elegant Ballroom.

Shine Bright

About the Shine Centre:

Shine is a Registered Charity and Not for Profit Company based in Carrigaline Co Cork. Shine was established by a group of parents in 2001 to provide services, support and information to autistic children and their families. In that time the organisation has grown and we have worked with many hundreds of autistic children and their families across Cork city and county and beyond.

The Shine Centre provides a wide range of services and programmes to autistic children, adolescents and teenagers as well as support and training services for parents, siblings and educators. We passionately believe in the right of autistic people and their families to be heard and for the services and supports that they need to be provided to them.

At Shine we focus on the best outcomes for both the child and family and we are fully committed to providing each of our children with theopportunity to reach their full potential and to support and empower their parents with practical advice, knowledge and information during that journey.
